Job Description:
As an LPN with ProCare Therapy, you will play a crucial role in a school setting, delivering essential healthcare services to students. Working collaboratively with a team of educators, therapists, and healthcare professionals, you will contribute to the overall well-being of students and ensure their healthcare needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administering basic medical care and first aid to students as required.
- Managing and administering medications to students in accordance with school policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate student health records.
- Assessing and addressing the health needs of students with chronic conditions.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) for students with special health needs.
- Responding promptly to medical emergencies and providing immediate care.
- Promoting health and wellness education within the school community.
- Maintaining a clean and organized healthcare office.

Requirements:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate and dedicated to the well-being of students.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
